RENTAL OPTIONS

Normal Business Hours: Friday 4-10PM, Saturday 12-10PM, Sunday 11-4PM
1. Reserve a table for up to 15 people during normal business hours.
We kindly ask that groups of this size make a reservation with us ahead of time so we can provide the appropriate space and staff for you. No additional charges apply other than an automatic 20% gratuity for groups of 12 or more. Please note that our outdoor patio area is first come first serve (no reservations).
2. Reserve space during normal business hours for up to 40 people. We will be open to the public during your event.
Rental service fee begins at $350 (based on accommodations needed).
3. Rent the cocktail lounge & tasting room outside of normal business hours.
Rental service begins at $600 (based on accommodations needed).
4. Rent the cocktail lounge & tasting room during normal business hours. We will be closed to the public for your event.
Rental service fee begins at $1,200 (based on accommodations needed).

- This option comes with a $150 bar credit to be used during your event (which means that $150 will be deducted from your total check at the bar). Automatic 20% gratuity will be added to your check before your bar credit is deducted.
- May - October: Rentals during Food Friday events are subject to additional accomodation fees for outside food. We strongly encourage purchasing all food and catering from scheduled Food Friday vendors during your rental.
3. Rent the cocktail lounge & tasting room outside of normal business hours.
Rental service begins at $600 (based on accommodations needed).
- This option comes with a $200 bar credit to be used during your event (which means that $200 will be deducted from your total check at the bar). Automatic 20% gratuity will be added to your check before your bar credit is deducted.
4. Rent the cocktail lounge & tasting room during normal business hours. We will be closed to the public for your event.
Rental service fee begins at $1,200 (based on accommodations needed).
- This option comes with a $400 bar credit to be used during your event (which means that $400 will be deducted from your total check at the bar). Automatic 20% gratuity will be added to your check before your bar credit is deducted.
- Friday: 4-8PM or 5-9PM
- Saturday: 1-5PM or 5-9PM
- Sunday: 2-6PM
EVENTS & RENTAL POLICIES

Space in the tasting room is based on availability and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All drinks are charged by consumption. Automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 12 or more.
- BYOF (Bring Your Own Food): We can provide two 6 foot folding tables for your setup. Water, soda, Pennsylvania beer and wine available for purchase at the bar. Outside beverages are not permitted.
- Event Time: Rentals include 4 hours of event time, plus 1 hour immediately before for setup and 1 hour immediately following for clean up. During regular business hours, events must end 30 minutes prior to closing time with clean up finished no later than 30 minutes after closing.
- Rental Fees: Fees vary based on the size, time and accommodations needed for your event. Please note - additional time, live entertainment & other accommodations may require additional fees.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Cash, check or credit card are accepted ($5 processing fee for credit card payments over the phone).
- Total payment balances & final guest counts are due two weeks prior to your event. If not received, Midstate reserves the right to release your event date & you will forfeit your deposit.
- Bar Credit: All of our rental options come with a bar credit. This credit must be spent in total at the bar during your event. You may provide an open bar for your guests or use drink tickets to establish one event check that your bar credit will then be deducted from. Please note - automatic 20% gratuity will be added to your check before your bar credit is deducted. We can also charge your guests on individual checks (for the duration of your event or after their drink tickets are used) if you prefer.
- Midstate Distillery is not responsible for cleaning up after your event (outside of normal removal of beverage cups, etc.). Midstate Distillery is not responsible for any damage or theft to our facilities or equipment during an event rental. By signing the attached form, you agree to take responsibility for any damage or theft that may be caused by you or your guests during your event.
