With creative, fresh and local foods imagined into globally inspired recipes, Chef Komal is a graduate of NCC Culinary Institute and has worked in critically-acclaimed restaurants in both New Orleans and Philadelphia.

Chef Komal will serve a uniquely handcrafted Asian Fusion 6 Course Dinner, including bar snacks and dessert, alongside distinct cocktail pairings from Midstate's distillers - giving you an exclusive opportunity to learn about our spirits and the world of craft distilling.
